GARTH IS COMING TO K-TOWN!
Garth Brooks is coming to Knoxville this summer!! YEAH! Nathan is going to be so excited! I'll keep you posted as to when. They haven't released the date yet. I think tix go onsale in May.
Friday AGAIN!
It's Friday in East Tennessee. Supposed to warm up this weekend!! I hope Mike Whitcher is right! We are ready for spring!!!!
Nathan and Matt are planning on working on the car this weekend. Jen, Maddie and I might go get into something ourselves!
Wow. Our lives are pretty boring. Nothing really going on to write about.
Prayer request for some of Nathan's kin: Leslie & Raymonds new little baby is very sick. He had pneumonia about 10 days ago. Got over that and now has a bad respiratory infection (RSV). Anyway - he is in the hospital and has been since Monday - very sick - please pray for him and his parents.

Here we are...
Well, here we are. Nothing new to say. But I feel like if I have a blog I should say something. We had coney dogs for dinner last night and tonight we'll be going to Matt and Jen's for dinner. It's always nice to let someone else cook.
Mom and Dad are hopefully coming down on Good Friday and spending the weekend. Something to look forward to. Nathan and I hope to go to NYC this summer! We've been wanting to for awhile and I think it's finally going to work out! I can't wait!

Hankster
You all will be happy to know that Hank has lived through his surgery. Although I don't think Nathan and I will much longer after we get the vet bill. It's a big'un! 
The Ole Gal
Nathan's baby is having a little work done. He put new shocks and springs on it a few weekends ago. He got his new brake line in today and will be doing that this weekend, I'm sure. He wants to go get his tires. I wish he would so he can get that out of his system and get out there on the road with 'er. He's really been antsy about it lately. She's a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to riding in 'er myself!
Bows Bows Bows
We started preparing for our consignment sale (the link is in the left column) in April. We have some really cute new colors and patterns! We've started a new design! We're very excited about it! We're sewing (yes, that's right - WE'RE sewing) buttons in the center piece of the bow. SO CUTE! I think ya'll are going to love them!

Congrats are in order to Matt, Jen and Maddie! They got their house! They will only be 2 minutes away now instead of a whole 7 minutes! We are so excited for them! It is amazing what God has done for them to open up this door. If I told you, you wouldn't believe it! Keep them in your prayers as they pack up their belongings and deal with stupid people in the Rocky Hill office. 
Pray for Harrison to pick up on some good work these next few weeks and months. Things always slow down in the winter. Things are really slow this winter with the economy the way it is and all.
Things are pretty much the same at 1628 Maury street. Hank had to go in early this morning to have surgery on his left ear. We noticed last Tuesday that he had some kind of growth on the inside flap of his ear. We took him to the vet on Saturday and he said that it is a tumor. He is having it removed today. He was very mad at me this morning because he was not allowed to eat. Something that he is VERY fond of doing. Hopefully when they send it away for testing it will come back benign. Pray for him too, if you think about it. I think he was a little nervous. He knew something was up. He's smarter then Nathan gives him credit for!!
Hope ya'll have a lovely and safe day! It snowed here a bit this morning. You'd think it was the blizzard of 2008 the way these people react down here to it! I went to school in more snow than this!!

Madison's Avenue- Unique Accessories for Girls
My sister-in-law, Jen, and I are in the hair bow making business. Below you can see just a sample of the bows that we make. We also have a line of pony tail streamers and bracelets. Please let us know if you are in need of a hair bow today. Spring and summer will be here before you know it and your little darlin' is going to need some brightly colored bows to match her fun new outfits for the season!
